on is president of DCP and is an award-winning producer/director of corporate videos, films, and multimedia productions, as well as TV commercials and educational films.

Don has extensive experience in translating information, concepts, complex processes, and other communication challenges to video and film. Known for his ability to draw compelling, credible performances from non-actors, Don is highly praised as a director by professional actors. His range of directing skills allows him to explain high-tech applications in one production, and appeal to the emotions of the viewer in others. He has shot productions in most areas of the U.S. and Canada, as well as France, the United Kingdom and Nigeria.

Don received his Bachelor of Arts & Letters degree in Communication Arts from the University of Notre Dame and did his graduate work in motion picture production at UCLA. He taught film production and film history courses as well as a Great Books Seminar at Notre Dame before founding DCP. Don's awards include the Gold Mercury Award, Gold Camera Award, Silver INTERCOM Award, two CINE Golden Eagles, Bronze and Silver Medallions in the New York International Film Festival, a Silver in the Chicago International Film & TV Festival and the American Advertising Federation's Gold ADDY Awards. His films have represented the US in foreign competitions.
